AI 化迁移本质是工程治理升级,不是工具安装 — 许多团队把 AI 引入等同于“给 IDE 装一个插件”,结果是局部效率上去了,整体交付反而更乱。真正的迁移工作不是买工具,而是重建研发流程:任务如何拆解、上下文如何提供、代码如何验证、风险如何回滚、责任如何归属。
