很多创作者把 newsletter 当成“每周发点内容”的渠道,选题跟着热点走,语气随状态变化,短期可能有打开率,但长期会失去可识别价值。读者不会因为你偶尔写得好而持续订阅,他们留下来,是因为你始终在同一价值坐标里提供稳定判断、真实视角和可执行启发。
我把个人通讯看成一种“关系型产品”。每一期不只是信息包,而是一次对读者时间与信任的回应。选题要回答“这对我的读者为什么重要”,结构要回答“读者如何更快理解并行动”,语气要回答“为什么这句话值得相信”。三者一致,通讯才会从内容输出变成关系复利。
